Technical Tubes is a privately-owned family run business founded in the 1950s and has grown to become a successful manufacturing company developing long term supply partnerships with many blue-chip companies.

Operating from our premises in Dorset we are ideally placed, close the UK motorway network allowing us to effectively distribute products across our home market and overseas.
Tube Bending
Full bending service for tube and section profiles include Round, Box, and Flat Sided Oval ranging 4mm outside diameter up to 50mm (2”).
Machining
Our CNC milling capabilities operate across multiple axis, enabling us to produce complex engineered components at low and high volumes.

Fabrication
Bringing our metal cutting and forming processes together we offer a range of welding and brazing methods.
Laser Cutting/Profiling
We are able to efficiently process Mild Steel to 20mm, Stainless Steel to 15mm, Aluminium to 10mm Brass to 8mm & Copper to 6mm.
Metal Polishing
We offer a wide range of satin grains up to a bright mirror finish for Stainless Steel products. We also polish to a pre-chrome standard on mild steel.
Sheet Bending/Profiling
Our extensive range of multi axis CNC forming machines incorporate the latest press brake technology.
Product Finishing/Treatments
Working in conjunction with our trusted sub-contractors we are able to off a range of finishes including Zinc Plating, Powder and Wet Painting, and anodizing.
